Jully Patel studied Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management with specialization in Health Care at Stanford University. She brings 15+ years of experience as a Senior Manager to BPS Billing. Jully has led and directed complex projects internationally within cross-functional teams. Her relevant work experience includes revenue cycle management implementation for a not-for-profit organization with a legacy of over 50 years that runs more than 110 programs across the United States.

Ms. Ellenmarie Caisse

Ms. Caisse has been in the healthcare field since 2011 where she studied Medical Coding and Billing at American Institute of Business in West Hartford, CT. She has extensive past experience with Behavioral Health medical coding and billing as a Denial Management Specialist. Her responsibilities include account management, claim denial resolution, claim rejection corrections, payment posting, insurance portal access, and customer service. Ms. Caisse believes in providing a team-oriented approach and enjoys developing working relationships with her providers. Ms. Caisse is a Certified Professional Coder active with the Farmington Chapter of AAPC.

Ms. Marcie LaRose, CPC-A

Ms. LaRose has been in the healthcare industry since 2000. She has comprehensive billing experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as rehabilitation services. Ms. LaRose’s responsibilities include customer service, claim billing, claim denial resolution, and payment posting; in addition to office management of special project team members. She has achieved her Certified Professional Coder certification in 2015. Ms. LaRose’s results oriented approach to medical billing ensures a timely and accurate claims revenue cycle.
